Q Does my condo need to get soundproofing underlayment for tile in Pompano Beach?
A Each building decides independently - just know - generally, above the second floor, you'll need whispermat CS primer and soundproof underlayment membrane installed by us as part of your flooring preparation so you're ready to receive tile.  Whispermat is also a crack-supression membrane, which separates your tile from damage below.
